With sincere regret, we must share an important update regarding Azasend’s operations in Nigeria.
Due to ongoing financial challenges affecting the project, we have made the difficult decision to cease Azasend services in Nigeria following the schedule below:
🔸 From December 15, 2025
- Deposits of crypto (coin) and NGN will be disabled.
- “Buy with Transfer” and new user KYC will also be suspended.
🔸 From January 15, 2026
- All remaining services will be discontinued.
Withdrawal Instructions
To ensure your funds are safely managed, please withdraw your remaining balances before January 15, 2026 through one of the following options:
- Login to your Azasend account.
- Select Withdraw.
- Choose your preferred method:
- To bank account (NGN) – enter your bank details and confirm.

- To crypto wallet – enter your wallet address and confirm.
4. Check your withdrawal status and confirmation email.
⚠️ Please note:
- Withdrawals will remain open until January 15, 2026.
- After that date, all services and support for the Nigerian market will be closed.
